1. Pony Up

Lucky for you, a night out with friends doesn’t have to end at 2am. Head to Great Scott’s for an all-night marathon since this diner is open 24 hours. Breakfast for dinner is never a bad choice, and you can choose between delicious plates like the spicy Jalapeño bacon and eggs, sweet Strawberry Cake French Toast, or a delicious take on Mexican breakfasts, like the Chili Relleno breakfast and the Huevos Rancheros.
