Denverites in the north’s Berkeley neighborhood have had access to Billy’s Inn for some time now, enjoying their revived interior and patio, and their menu full of seafood-forward, Baja style Mexican dishes alongside classic American Plates. Plus, lots and lots of tequila. Now, Congress Park will get the same treatment.
Guests can enjoy the new location’s brightly lit interior, comfy seating, and a full bar accented with warm lighting all while enjoying some of the best fish tacos and burgers in the city, made from ground check and served on a brioche bun. Try their Bacon and Cheese Stuffed burger for a hearty option, served with fries, chips, or baja slaw.You can also enjoy a plate of tacos, from crispy or grilled fish to shrimp or Mahi Mahi, all served with cheese, Baja slaw, and pico de gallo. For something a little more filling, try their Cheese Enchiladas plate made with Mexican cheeses, enchilada sauce, shredded lettuce, diced onions, pico de gallo, crema, and guacamole with a side of cilantro lime rice, black beans.
Tequila and Mezcal have been on the rise in popularity, so give some of Billy’s Inn’s cocktails a try, like their Jalisco Espresso Martini with Exotico Reposado, Chila ‘Orchata Cinnamon Cream, Borghetti de Vero Caffe Espresso, and cold brew or give one of their classic Margaritas a try. They’ve also got tequila flights for any connoisseurs of the drink.
Billy’s Inn will be hitting Congress Park at the end of the month on January 31st.
