Bubble Planet has just popped into the Mile High City at the Exhibition Hub Art Center Denver, 3900 Elati Street. It promises a fantastical voyage through 10 pastel-hued landscapes, all with a different bubble theme, engaging all five senses. This fun immersive experience has already had major success in cities across the globe, including Milan, Brussels, London, and then came stateside to Los Angeles in June of 2023. Denver is the second spot to open in the U.S.—and we just had to check it out for ourselves! If you’re looking for Bubble planet Denver reviews, read on!
My First Impression of Bubble Planet
While I knew I was in for a treat just by looking at the bright and colorful images of this bubbleful world, it was even cooler to see it in real life.
As a mom of three kids, ranging from elementary to a teenager, it was delightful to witness everyone enjoying the various areas and activities! We couldn’t wait to explore each room—there are 10 in total, each with a different ‘bubble’ theme, from soapy suds to the smokey variety.
Our Favorite Areas of this Whimsical World
What I love most about these immersive experiences is seeing them for the first time through my kids’ eyes. They often inspire me to unleash my own inner child, which is always a joyous experience! The kids loved the playful, interactive areas, while my teen had a great time posing for Instagrammable photos, of course! Get your tickets now!
Take a Bubble Bath in a Massive Pit
I couldn’t wait to see the giant bubble pit in person, and I can confirm that my entire family spent a long time in that space, thoroughly enjoying ourselves.
Escape into the Colorful Infinity Room
We’ve ventured through our fair share of infinity rooms at other experiences, but the one at Bubble Planet was truly extraordinary! This mirrored room was fabulous and took the optical illusion to new heights—just follow the path laid out for you on the floor and it will lead you in the right direction. It was visually stunning, with color-changing bubbles providing exciting photo and video opportunities.
The VR Experience: A Trippy Adventure
The VR experience was equally impressive. Tons of see-through bubble chairs hang from the ceiling, and with your VR headset, you are transported into a world where you feel like a giant bubble. The entire family loved this part of the experience, which was no surprise! Lasting about 10 minutes, it was such a fun and trippy part of Bubble Planet!
Who should you go to Bubble Planet with?!
After checking out this adventure for ourselves, we can say that children will, of course, love to visit Bubble Planet, but so will the adults. There’s something for everyone to appreciate, tons of fun photo and video ops from the bubble pit to the spectacular infinity room. I also loved seeing a worldly immersive experience make its way to Denver before opening in other major cities.
Bubble Planet took us about an hour to enjoy, but we felt good knowing we could spend as much time as we wanted in each zone to fully take in everything we wanted to. Guests of all ages will have fun, and if you have children under 4, they can get in for free!
