That’s right, on Tuesday 20 June, Candlelight is celebrating Pride with a sensational tribute to queer musical icons.

Candlelight at Reelworks
Reelworks is an independent concert venue that has hosted performers in the likes of Carl Cox and Maceo Plex, located in the heart of Denver’s vibrant River North (RiNo) Art District. Built in the 1890s as a three-story brick factory, the building structure itself has undergone many changes. In the 1920s, it was bought by the Goldberg Brothers, who manufactured metal items and then eventually in the ’40s started to make metal movie reels during the Golden Age of Hollywood.
Soon after, the warehouse burned down and the Goldberg Brothers rebuilt a one-story structure, which we can currently see today. Reelworks utilizes state-of-the-art visual and sound systems, which can only elevate the eternal melodies of some of queer culture’s greatest icons, played by the talented Range Ensemble.
This Pride season, march, strut, roll, sashay and listen to your favorite queer artists’ music reinterpreted at Candlelight Pride. There’s nothing like the rhythm of an emotive soundtrack to commemorate the origins of the LGBTQIA+ rights movement. So, bring your friends and loved ones and enjoy the soothing sounds of some of your favorite songs under the warm glow of candlelight.
There are two performances scheduled, one at 6:15pm and the other at 8:30pm, so you can choose which one suits you best.
