Back for its 21st year, the Denver Christkindl Market offers guests a taste of European holiday traditions.
When you think of classic holiday season traditions, what comes to mind first? Perhaps it’s decorating a tree, opening up presents, playing in the snow, curling up next to a cozy fireplace, or visiting magical light displays — but for some, Christmas markets are synonymous with the holidays! If you fall into the latter category, you’re in luck! Denver Christkindl Market is coming back for its 20th year, and the organizers are working closely with local authorities to ensure the event follows all mandatory COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.
Denver Christkindl Market is an authentic, European-style holiday market where you can shop custom goods at an artisan marketplace and taste hearty German cuisine.
This charming, family-friendly market opens on November 20 and runs until December 23. As you wander through, you will be able to purchase unique artisan gifts, traditional European confections, and holiday beverages such as Glühwein (mulled wine), Bavarian-style beer, European coffee, and hot chocolate. You may also spot St. Nikolaus, Krampus, and the Christkind herself!
If you aren’t able to attend in person, you can still shop the market online in case you want to support the event’s vendors.
