Welcome to Cupbop, Denver’s premier KBBQ in a cup concept.
What used to be mobile has now opened a brick and mortar store here in the Highlands Neighborhood (as well as Aurora and Arvada). And that’s not to say that the truck has stopped its route. In fact, quite the opposite. Now you can just have K-BBQ Cups catered for a private event, at local festivals, and parked in certain locations. To us, it seems like Cupbop is trying to take over Colorado, and we aren’t mad about it at all.
The ease of Cupbop (the KBBQ that comes cooked already) doesn’t detract from the authenticity and taste. Some of their most popular cups are the Rock Bop, which consists of rice, slaw, noodles, and tangy Korean-style chicken and the B Bop, which is the same base but the protein switched out for Korean Beef. They’ve also got vegetarian options like deep-fried tofu and gluten-free options if you order the sweet potato noodles. Then, they top it with one of their yummy sauces like sweet soy, the cupbop special (which is spicy) or medium spice sauce, and if you’re feeling extra hungry, order a side of kimchi or mandoo (deep-fried potstickers).
They recently opened their doors and ran a $5 cup special, and as new menu items get released and the holidays come up, they’ll likely have a bunch of new specials. Keep an eye on their socials to also check out their socials for more information. Check out their Highland location or their location at 16th street at the Denver mall.
