This New Multi-Sensory Dining In The Dark Experience Will Transport You To Another Culture

Experience another culture through this unique dining experience.

Imagine stepping inside a restaurant blanketed in darkness and being served a sublime three-course meal – the unique flavors and textures of which are intensified by your remaining senses. Sounds a little bit incredible, right?

An experience that’s been backed by psychologists as an ‘amplified’ way to enjoy food, the enticing ‘Dining In The Dark’ event is returning to Denver in February–this time, with a twist.

This special event promises to “elevate your meal to a whole new level” with darkened surroundings – leaving just you, your taste buds and your sense of smell to enjoy a three-course meal, made up entirely of classic Indian dishes that will transport you to another place. This event will take place at the Copper Leaf Gardens & Event Center, a beautiful event venue perfect for an elegant three-course dinner, located in Broomfield which is a less than a 30 minute drive from Denver.

The menu will have three options–vegetarian, meat, and seafood–and each option will have three courses–starter, main, and dessert–all inspired by Indian cuisine. For now, all courses have their own unique descriptions that hint that what’s to come, but part of the fun is in the mystery–and all courses will be revealed once the date arrives.

Blindfolds will be provided to all guests, and they’ll be led into the darkened environment by a “guide” who’ll be on hand to make sure you don’t bump into anything on your way in. The blindfold will not only help to heighten your senses, but also help stop you from peaking at what’s on your plate.

For the menu, the food will be catered by the Gourmet Kitchen, with all dishes being prepared by Madhoo Seth, an Indian chef and the founder of the Gourmet Kitchen.

‘Dining In The Dark’ has received some rave reviews from attendees who have experienced the event in cities around the world.

💬 Devon P. – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Fabulous from start to finish. Waiters were great and welcoming and then food was amazing! Definitely would recommend and can’t wait to come back!”
