Last year, the culinary world was taken by storm with wintry solutions to outdoor dining. Greenhouses, Chateaus, Igloos, and Snow Globes became the dining world’s biggest trend as outdoor spaces were transformed into picture perfect wonderlands. One of Denver’s best spots for cocktails and food with style is the Cooper Lounge at the Denver Union Station, and they’ll be returning this winter with personalized snow globes.
Throughout winter, diners will get access to these beautiful snow globes–that can seat up to 4–bejeweled with festive string lights and settled right by the Christmas Tree.
The Cooper Lounge Snow Globes start at $90 a person. The ticket includes 3 drinks per guest, from which they can choose between a holiday cocktail like a Cranberry Cooler or a a Pom Pom Fizz, a Cooper Lounge antipasti board, a seafood display of crab, shrimp & oysters with house-made remoulade, horseradish cocktail sauce, mignonette and drawn butter, and house-made French macarons for dessert.
The Cooper Lounge is open starting at 4pm from Wednesdays-Sunday in December, with three seatings offered each night at 4pm, 6pm, and 8pm. For 2-4 guests, reservations are required on Opentable, and you can also book a table on their website.
