Tamayo is doing a fun take on a margarita special by having a Build Your Margarita Menu available at their restaurant (with reservations required). Choose your own tequila from their amazing selection of blancos, añejos, and reposados, then choose your favorite house-made puree or juices, then choose your own rim and garnish to finish it off. Don’t forget, every Tuesday from 3-5pm they’re doing a happy hour special with $2 tacos!

Zocalito Latin Bistro, ran by Chef Michael Baery, is an ode to Oaxacan cuisine. Baery himself works with local Oaxacan farmers and food artisans who supply him with unique peppers and ingredients from the area, meaning their food is as authentic as it is delicious. For their Happy Hour, which runs Monday through Friday, enjoy special prices of wings, guac, and of course, margaritas.

3. Blue Agave Grill
Blue Agave has been named one of Denver’s top spots for margaritas, and with good reason too. The margaritas are big, fresh, and perfectly mixed to create the perfect tequila-forward cocktail. For National Margarita Day, they’ll be doing at on of margarita specials, including 50% off all Tequila priced at $12 and over. $5 Blue Agave Margs, Spicy Cucumber Margs, Muy Macho Margs, and Sangria Swirls, $1 an oz Bulk Margaritas To Go in House, Muy, or Spicy which are priced at $16 fo ra pint, $32 for a quart, and $64 for a half gallon. You can also turn any of their Tequila selections into a classic margarita for $2 more and finally, they’re offering $5 Chorizo Corn Dip and Guac.

4. Ghost Donkey
From Sunday to Thursday, Denver Union Station’s favorite donkey-themed cocktail bar has a “burr-acho hour,” their Happy Hour specials that run from 3:30-6pm and then from 10pm to close (for beverages only). From lower prices on nachos and guac to $7 specialty tequila cocktails (their Stealth and House Margarita) to their Mezcal-forward margarita, the House Sombra Margarita for $8.

5. Sol Cocina
Come to Sol Cocina at 3pm for their Happy Hour Deals that include both yummy margaritas and food. From guacamole to quesadillas and ceviche at discounted prices to $8 house margaritas (frozen and on the rocks) and $9 Skinny and Watermelon Margaritas. If you don’t make it for Happy Hour, then you can choose from their extensive menu of different flavored margaritas, from their Mango Con Chile margarita to their Cucumber Jalapeño and Pineapple Serrano.

Head over to 3 Margaritas Westminster for their Happy Hour specials from Monday to Friday, 3pm – 6pm and 9pm to close. Don’t let their name deceive you, as they have a menu full of margaritas, from their original house margarita to their Cadillac. They’ve even got a Giant margarita that can be accented with flavors like Strawberry, Mango, Kiwi, or Peach.
