A full fall menu paired with excellent wines.
Noble Riot Wine Bar is dedicated to introducing Colorado to delicious, honest wines through classes and fostering community, and this season, they’ll be hosting a fun and tasty event, their Somm’s Table Dinner, an Austrian Harvest Party.
A passion for wine and region also correlates to a love for seasons and honest ingredients, so it’s not surprise that Noble Riot Sommelier and co-owner, Scott Mattson and chef Dustin Beckner are pairing up to create a five-course seasonal menu celebrating the flavors of the harvest. They’ll also be collaborating with New Moon Farms in Boulder, Colorado for farm-to-table produce. Not to mention, the food will be tied together by having its roots in Austrian and Hungarian cuisine.
If you’re interested in this harvest dinner event, there are a few stipulations to remember. Due to the nature of the dishes being chef-prepared, there won’t be modifications for vegetarian, pescatarian, or underage guests, but they will be opening the line of communication for people with food allergies. Also, the seasonal party will proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test.
The dinner will take place on Tuesday, October 5th from 6pm-9pm and will cost each individual guest, $135 at Noble Riot Wine Bar.
