RiNo’s got a brand new rooftop addition.
The Red Barber aims to be your new urban oasis, stacked tall with bench seating, beer-bearing gnomes, corn hole, and ample space–3,300 square feet of it. RiNo’s brand new rooftop bar, atop the Catbird Hotel, is all that, and more, and its potential is absolutely sky-high. With their grand opening recently upon us, it’s time for Red Barber to show Denver what it’s working with. For now, we’ll give you the scoop.
Red Barber specializes in a few things that make it stand out. First off, they’re focusing their culinary efforts on BBQ, specifically of the skewer variety. They’ve got an entire line up of skewers from bulgogi beef, to halloumi and tomato, chicken wing, and thai pork. An order of skewers comes with two, but you could also get a group pack of skewers that comes with 15 for a higher price. They’ve also got a little list of starter bites, from porchetta sliders to stuffed piquillo peppers.
Once you’ve ordered your food, take a seat by the fire pit or corn hole lawn and grab a canned cocktail from Red Barber’s plastic lawn gnomes, who hold tubs filled with chilled cocktails of your choosing. From margaritas, to mules, to Red Barber’s own specialty cocktails that change seasonally. They’ve even got a selection of craft beers to choose from as well.
The Red Barber is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4-10pm. Fridays from 4-12am. Saturdays from 2-12am and finally, Sundays from 2-9pm. Stop by and tell us what you think!
