The summer has officially arrived.

We made it! Hot vax summer is here and that means there will be a TON of things to do-indoor and outdoor-all during the month of June. Denver is officially in Level Clear, which means that restaurants are able to host guests at full capacity, parties are no longer limited, and venue spaces are filling their seats–so long as you’re vaccinated, of course. We’ve got a really exciting list coming your way!


1. Check out an enchanting candlelight concert dedicated to nostalgic anime tracks

Fans of classical music and anime alike will get a kick out of these unique experience coming to Charlotte this June. Listen to beautiful, live renditions of some of the most famous animes like Naruto, Inuyasha, and Sailor Moon. Tickets are only $35.00 so better get yours before they run out.

2. Check out one of these outdoor concerts at the Mile High Station

This weekly concert series is one of a kind and is taking place at the Mile High Station this summer. Every week features a new artist, either national or local, local catered food by a top chef, and of course there’s beer flowing. Don’t miss out this summer on a chance to enjoy the outdoors and listen to some new and familiar artists. It’s live music summer after all.

3. Visit The Water Park At Elitch Gardens

Denver’s premier theme and water combo park, but the water park isn’t officially opened until June! Get your water wings and floaties ready and hit the park to beat the heat. The season pass is only $69.00, so two trips to the park will pay it off.

4. Take a tour of this marijuana-themed selfie museum

You can visit this interactive and spirited selfie museum called ‘The Marijuana Mansion’ that features a dozen or so rooms with impeccable weed-inspired interior design. Take a tour with a photographer (which you’ll have to bring your own) and get all your next month’s Instagram content ready or celebrate a birthday or celebration.

What if we took all of the great things about Korean BBQ and put it in a cup. That’s probably what the mastermind behind Cup Bop said when he created this awesome and convenient restaurant concept. Denver just got itself a new location and we couldn’t be more stoked. Go grab a delicious Korean style bowl for an afternoon pick me up.

City Park Jazz has officially returned with an outdoor jazz concert taking place every Sunday. The festivities start June 13th and carry over into July so you’ll have no shortage of jazz tradition to fill your weekends.

Mutiny Information Cafe is one of a kind, selling books, comic books, and records in one convenient independent space. They’ve even got a bookstore cat and a pin ball machine. The perfect place to literally spend hours on those unbearably hot days.
