Dinners don’t get dreamier than this.
Uchi Denver has long been one of our favorite restaurants in the city for its stunning interior and exterior design and menu full of chef-driven Japanese cuisine. One of their longstanding traditions are their ‘Garden Series Dinners,’ collaborative 10-course dinners that take place on a long table placed outdoor amidst fairy lights, good vibes, and Uchi’s garden.
Uchi has recently announced their 2022 series with the first month’s dinner taking place on June 9th and continuing monthly until October 6th, each with their own guest chef preparing their own unique courses in this one-of-a-kind night. June 9th’s dinner takes place at 7pm, and tickets are released two weeks prior to each dinner and cost $200 including tax and gratuity.
The calendar is as follows:
- June 9th (SOLD OUT)
- July 28th
- August 18th
- September 15th
- October 6th
So far, 3 chefs have been announced. This month’s chef will be Chef Josh Healy from Loro Dallas, August 18th will be in collaboration with Denver’s very own Death & Co, and September 15th with Uchi’s very own Chef Tyson Cole.
Tickets for these one-of-a-kind dining experiences can be purchased through their website.
