A New Year’s Eve tradition that actually has its origin roots in China, fireworks will forever be synonymous with New Year’s Eve. One of our favorite ways to ring in the New Year’s is with grand fireworks displays put on by the city or by cultural spaces, and Denver has got a few firework shows you can attend with the entire family. Without further ado, here are 3 places you can see fireworks in and near Denver.
1. Downtown Denver
Downtown Denver will have an all-ages, free fireworks show that you can see at the 16th Street Mall and what’s better, it’ll actually be a double showing. At two different times, 9pm and 12pm, enjoy the fireworks set off from the rooftops in a magnificent display that’ll get you pumped to get the party started. Listen to live DJs and stick around until the clock strikes midnight and the fireworks go off once again to really ring in the New Year. Each show will run for about 8 minutes and
2. The Drop at McGregor Square
Get your ticket for a New Year’s Even bash in Denver’s playground. McGregor Square will be hosting “The Drop,” with an open bar, midnight champagne toast, DJ Set, and an epic fireworks show. The party starts at 9:30pm and lasts until 1am, and tickets cost $150, and you can grab yours online.

3. Elitch Gardens
