From the team behind Beckon comes a new dinner hour restaurant with a patio, tons of lush and seasonal greenery, and an outdoor fireplace that shares a fence with Beckon.
Major Tom, inspired by the David Bowie song Space Oddity is calling ground control, and in this case, Ground Control is Denver. Open from 4-9pm from Wednesday through Saturday, they refer to themselves as a cellar, bar, and kitchen for “food discovery with a communal atmosphere.”
They recently launched on February 15 with a menu of global concepts, particularly some Scandinavian dishes inspired by chef Duncan Holmes’s travels around Scandinavia. Dishes like tartines and cabbage and are paired with an extensive and well thought out champagne menu, plus a selection of pastries to end your night with.
You can make a reservation online, which we highly suggest since it’s only open a few select hours a night, but they do offer walk-in seating.
